CoinTrack Accessibility Statement

Version:
1.0
Effective from:

This is an English translation of the Polish „Deklaracja dostępności CoinTrack”. The Polish version is binding; in case of any discrepancy, the Polish version prevails.

1. What this statement covers

This statement covers the website https://www.cointrack.pl and the CoinTrack app running in the browser and installed on the device’s home screen (PWA). The service provider is Mikołaj Zienkowicz, running a sole proprietorship, ul. Długa 45A/2, 66-210 Zbąszynek, Poland, NIP (tax ID) 9271966162.

The service provider is a microenterprise. Microenterprises providing services are exempt from the accessibility requirements of the Polish Act of 26 April 2024 on ensuring compliance with accessibility requirements for certain products and services by economic operators, which implements the European Accessibility Act (Directive (EU) 2019/882).

This statement is for information only. It describes what we do voluntarily and is not a commitment to meet a specific standard (e.g. WCAG) or deadline.

3. What we do

We want as many people as possible to be able to use CoinTrack comfortably. That is why, among other things, we:

  1. offer a light and a dark interface theme;
  2. offer the app in Polish and English;
  3. build the interface from ready-made components that support keyboard use and screen readers.

4. Known limitations

  1. On mobile devices, pinch-to-zoom is currently limited.
  2. Charts in the app may lack a full text description.

5. Reporting problems

If anything in CoinTrack is difficult or impossible for you to use, write to contact@cointrack.pl. Describe the problem and the device or assistive technology you use. We will try to help - for example by providing the information in another form - and take the report into account as we develop the app.

6. Preparation of this statement

This statement was prepared on 17 October 2026 based on the service provider’s self-assessment. We update it when the app or the law changes.
